A full detail is meant to touch every single interior and exterior surface. This means a thorough interior detail, windows inside and out, washing the exterior, and applying a sealant to protect the paint. For a moderately soiled car, this will take roughly 3.5 hours to complete on average.
We quote each car individually based upon the services requested and the current condition. For example, a car that has no pet hair or stains will take significantly less time and therefore, cost significantly less. For a direct quote, please fill out the contact sheet and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are also happy to drive out and give an exact estimate in person if need be.
Yes! That is the beauty of being fully mobile. We are happy to show up wherever is most convenient for you. Occasionally, we even don’t mind picking you up and taking you home if it’ll help facilitate the process.
There are lots of types of car detailers out there, some better than others. Getting your car detailed can be as simple as a vacuum and a wipe-down. However, Maz’s Mobile Detailing only accepts full details that go far beyond the scope of a regular car wash. In our experience, you usually get what you pay for. Our prices aren’t for everyone, and there’s nothing wrong with getting your car cleaned by someone else for a price that makes sense to you. We strive to go above and beyond with exceptional service and quality, and our prices reflect that increased skill and effort.
This is a totally personal question. Some people like to get their car detailed every week, while others like to every 6 months. That being said, we believe that the most cost-effective way to go about this process is to get your car detailed roughly every three months or so. This way, your car always looks phenomenal, the ceramic sealant will still be applied so your car is never in fear of the elements, and dirt and grime are taken care of before they cake on and become more difficult to clean. However, if you happen to get a stain, don’t be afraid to call anytime and get an extra detail! The faster you see a detailer, the easier it is to clean and the less money it will cost.
We accept all major forms of payment here at Maz’s Mobile Detailing. However, with credit card transactions, there is a 5% surcharge. For this reason, we always recommend that our customers pay with one of the other aforementioned methods, or cash. Zelle or Venmo are the preferred methods for accepting payment.
We strive to overachieve for our customers. If you are in any way unhappy with the results of the detail, don’t hesitate to reach out. If there is something you were expecting and didn’t receive, or something was missed, send an email or a message and we will do our utmost to right the situation.
With each job, pictures are taken before and after for documentation. For this reason, we will always ask our customers to point out potential problem areas to avoid making the situation worse. That being said, we are fully insured. If the worst happens and something does go wrong, you can trust that if we broke it, we will fix it, or pay someone else to fix it right. No exceptions.
